This very private quaint villa, features a king bed in the bedroom along with an electric fireplace and TV.  The sitting room includes comfy chairs, table and chairs, TV and a kitchenette.

Cancellation Policy: We have a 10-day cancellation policy. If you need to cancel it must be at least 10-days prior to your arrival date and there is a $15 charge per room cancelled. If you cancel less than 10-days before your arrival date there is no refund given.
Early departures forfeit deposit.

Reservations require 1 (one) night's deposit per room rented, at time of booking.  Ten-days prior to your arrival we bill for any remaining nights. If you cancel less than 10-days before your arrival date there is no refund given.
